Job Summary
Deliver friendly, efficient service to members by accurately processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, bill payments, and transfers. Resolve client issues at first point of contact and proactively identify needs to promote products while adhering to operational policies and compliance standards. Assist in branch operations by greeting members, directing inquiries, and opening new accounts as required. Actively participate in sales disciplines, coaching sessions, and campaign initiatives to meet individual and branch financial goals. Maintain strong knowledge of current marketing strategies and continuously improve the overall member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or an equivalent level of experience and education
- Ability to work flexible hours based on branch operation hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role, including cash
- Previous Teller experience
