Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while answering phones and checking members into the system. Facilitate new member sign-ups, take tours, and handle account updates. Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive environment for all visitors. This role supports Planet Fitness's mission to provide superior customer service across the club.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability
