Job Summary
Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Handle front desk activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign-ups, and taking prospective members on tours. Facilitate account updates and respond to member questions or concerns, escalating issues to management as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a positive environment. This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer proficiency, and a passion for fitness. The position is full-time in East Broadway, AZ, with a focus on delivering superior member experiences.
