Member Service Representative (Overnight)

Job Summary
As a Member Services Representative for overnight shifts at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with membership and retail sales, and promote club programs and events. You will greet members with enthusiasm, manage check-ins, communicate effectively, and maintain a tidy workspace. Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED, with a strong preference for prior service experience. CPR/AED certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
