Job Summary
As a Member Services Representative for Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe, you will create a hospitable environment while delivering exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and retail sales, promoting membership privileges, and ensuring a clean and organized front desk area. The role requires at least one year of experience in a service-oriented position, strong customer service skills, and CPR/AED certification. You must effectively communicate and maintain a professional demeanor while performing various tasks to enhance member engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or GED required

- Demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills
Additional Requirements
