Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service for club members during the overnight shift. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and product sales, and promoting membership privileges. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service background, and the ability to effectively navigate front desk procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with CPR/AED certification and lifting capability of up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
