Member Service Representative (Overnight)

Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift at Crunch Fitness. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and retail sales, promoting membership privileges, checking in members and guests, answering phones, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. A successful candidate must have strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to fulfill physical demands such as lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
