Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service during the overnight shift. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and retail sales, managing guest check-ins, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position is preferred, along with the necessary CPR/AED certification, which can be obtained during employment.
Required Qualifications

- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
