Job Summary
The Member Service Representative (Overnight) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and staff at Crunch Fitness, greeting members with enthusiasm, assisting with membership sales, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude. Certification in CPR/AED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers compensation of $12-14/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
