Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members during overnight shifts. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and retail sales, promoting membership privileges, answering phones professionally, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates should have at least 1 year of service experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Certification in CPR/AED is required, but can be obtained after hiring. This position offers hourly pay between $12-14 plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- High school diploma or GED required
