Job Summary
Provide frontline member service at Community Credit Union of Florida, assisting members with account-related inquiries and services. Responsibilities include opening, processing, maintaining, and closing accounts; advising members on financial products; educating members on benefits; handling inquiries professionally; performing duties such as account opening and maintenance, and supporting branch activities. May assist with loans, deposits, and teller transactions, conduct follow-up communications, and promote usage of electronic delivery channels. Emphasizes compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/CDD, teamwork, and high-quality service. Role may require rotation between branches and occasional in-office activities in an open, professional environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and customer service experience, with basic math and computer skills; strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to two years of related experience and/or training
- Customer service background
- Educational experience related to financial industry is advantageous
