Job Summary
Process all member transactions in person or via telephone, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service for account openings, direct deposits, ATM cards, and CD/IRA/Money Markets. Cross-sell and promote Credit Union products and services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. This role is based at the Falls Grove Financial Service Center in Rockville, MD, with some traveling required. Applicants must reside in DC, MD, or VA.
Required Qualifications
