Member Service Representative III (Term 12-18 months)

Conduct member client service by opening new accounts, processing complex financial transactions like wires and stop payments, and responding to inquiries via phone or in person. Promote and cross-sell deposit and investment products while acting as a liaison between clients and credit union departments. Manage cash operations including receiving deposits, verifying amounts, and reconciling daily holdings within branch-specific limits. Perform administrative duties such as vault combination management, GL reconciliation, and cheque review for settlement. Rotate through shared functions including reception and treasury as needed.
