Job Summary
Answer calls, troubleshoot, and resolve member issues regarding loan applications and membership openings. Identify products and services aligning with financial needs using a consultative approach to evaluate and educate members. Process and support online lending applications through virtual channels while conducting basic transactions and problem resolution within authority. Identify and educate members on value-added products to meet individual needs. Navigate Meridianlink, Qualifile, and XP2 systems to fulfill member requirements. Work Monday-Friday from 9:15 AM-6:00 PM with a rotating Saturday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- three to five years of similar or related experience in lending operations
- available to work Monday-Friday from 9:15 AM-6:00 PM with a rotating Saturday schedule
- Expertise within Meridianlink, Qualifile, and XP2 navigation
