Member Service Representative II (Term 12-18 months)

Manage cash drawer custody, process deposits and withdrawals, and reconcile daily transactions while maintaining strict security limits. Respond to member inquiries regarding branch products, assist with complex tasks like stop payments, and utilize Salesforce to update records and manage online banking setups. Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit union products and file required reports. May hold second combination for vault, treasury, night depository, or ATM.
