Member Service Representative II

Respond to member client inquiries and reconcile discrepancies in records and accounts. Maintain custody of cash drawers, process deposits and withdrawals, and balance daily transactions within discretionary limits. Assist members with complex financial inquiries, including stop payments, holds, and online banking setups, while utilizing Salesforce to manage interactions and update records. Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and refer sales to other staff. File required reports and documents, and may hold second combinations for vault, treasury, or ATM security.
