Job Summary
The Member Service Representative II builds trusting relationships with members by delivering quality, needs-based service across in-branch, phone, and email channels; assists with account relationships, promotes ATM/debit, Alkami products and services, mobile banking, and bill pay; handles member inquiries, resolves issues, and pursues growth opportunities by directing members to appropriate resources. Responsibilities span branch operations, including accurate teller/MSR duties, training support, ATM balancing, and coordinating branch opening/closing; lending activities include interviewing loan applicants, explaining options, rates, and terms, and closing loans upon approval; requires NMLS registration and ongoing SAFE Act training. The role emphasizes regulatory adherence (BSA, OFAC) and strong customer service to achieve member satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service in a financial or retail environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Automated Lending

- Completion of all assigned trainings per regulations set forth by SAFE Act
