Job Summary
The Member Service Representative II is responsible for providing members with service on various transactions, including handling monetary transactions like deposits and withdrawals, and meeting sales goals by cross-selling Credit Union products. This role requires the ability to interpret and explain Credit Union policies, maintain accuracy in transactions, assist with member inquiries, and provide training to new staff. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and maintain confidentiality while adhering to professional appearance standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a credit union or financial institution
- Ability to operate routine office equipment
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Bondable
