Job Summary
Assist members with teller transactions, account questions, and digital banking support while opening personal, business, and IRA accounts. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and resolve member issues with professionalism and care. Float between the Saco and Waterboro branches to support operations based on business needs, working collaboratively with the team. Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays; pay differential applies. Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Frequent travel between the three branches
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and financial products
- Ability to identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Account-opening experience
