Job Summary
Conduct financial transactions for checking, savings, and borrowing members by receiving funds, posting transactions, and paying out funds while verbally confirming details to minimize errors. Identify solutions to improve members' financial futures and support other staff within the branch. Establish professional business relations by performing a wide variety of customer service and clerical tasks related to MSR I duties. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in our industry or those with a strong emphasis on member service, building rapport with members and staff at Valley Communities Credit Union.
