Job Summary
Build relationships with members by identifying unique financial needs and recommending products to drive participation and cross-sell services. Assist members with membership accounts, consumer loans, and specialty accounts while reviewing financial situations to provide education and solutions. Open new accounts and loans accurately, preparing documents in compliance with guidelines and obtaining notary licenses as needed. Respond to member requests and concerns by finding appropriate solutions with timely follow-through. Maintain accuracy in all tasks while ensuring confidentiality and adhering to compliance requirements. Work a normal day with occasional overtime, including Saturdays and a rotating flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Licensed through NMLS while maintaining annual required training
- Obtains notary license
- Demonstrates knowledge of notary guidelines and compliance procedures
- Must be able to lift or adjust objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Must be able to perform repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information
- Must be able to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels
- Must have close and continuous visual acuity
- Must be available for Saturdays
- Must be available for a rotating flexible schedule
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must agree to a drug screening test within 48 hours of employment offer
