Job Summary

Member Service Representative I delivers a wide variety of service to members through service window transactions, new account opening, account servicing, and member relationship growth. Responsibilities include accurate processing and balancing of transactions, assisting members with account relationships via in-branch, telephone, and email channels, providing account servicing, ownership of member requests with timely follow-up, and adherence to policies/procedures. Branch operations support includes training, balancing daily operations, ATM balancing, and promoting bank channels (ATM/debit, online/mobile banking, bill pay). Growth focus involves leveraging knowledge of credit union products/services, educating members on available channels, and meeting service, relationship growth, and retention goals. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months cash handling and customer service experience
  • Good oral communication skills
  • Able to use basic math and spell accurately to a high school graduate level
