Member Service Representative I

Respond to inquiries concerning account activity on deposit and loan accounts, debit and credit cards, membership, and check ordering. Open new accounts, process transactions, and resolve member problems while cross-selling credit union products. Perform branch and teller activities via phone, mail, email, fax, and online services to assist members in utilizing financial solutions. Requires a high school education, six months to two years of member service or operations experience, and passing of credit, background, and bonding checks. Candidates receive base pay, 401(k), federal holidays, financial wellness, and tuition reimbursement. InFirst serves over 14,000 members nationwide as a member-owned cooperative.
