Member Service Representative I

Process member transactions, primarily cash and checks, while promoting the credit union's services with professional and friendly interaction. Demonstrate proficiency in handling multiple denominations and large cash amounts, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding member accounts and sensitive information. Occasionally travel to various East Idaho branches to assist with teller operations during staff shortages, requiring flexibility and reliable transportation. This role supports our 20,000+ member base within a positive, team-oriented environment offering ongoing training and development opportunities.
