Member Service Representative I

Greet members and handle everyday transactions accurately while listening to connect them with appropriate accounts, loans, or digital tools. Balance cash drawers and adhere to security and compliance standards to keep branch operations running smoothly, including support for opening, closing, and audits. Answer vital banking questions and deepen member relationships through clear communication. This role requires 1–3 years of experience working with people, comfort in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to travel to nearby branches. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
