Job Summary
The Member Service Representative (MSR) acts as the front-line touchpoint for GreenState Credit Union, delivering quality, responsive member service in all daily transactions and inquiries. Responsibilities include handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, credit card payments, and other transactions; educating members about products and services; maintaining confidentiality of member information and account records; building member relationships by identifying financial needs and referring to appropriate departments; maintaining accurate balancing records; and supporting a positive, inclusive service culture through teamwork and continuous improvement. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cash handling accuracy, knowledge of deposit products and regulations, and the ability to operate related computer applications; high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications

- Cash handling experience
- Sales experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work with minimal direction
