Member Service Representative

Member Service Representative responsible for professional, front-line member service in daily transactions and inquiries. Provides information on Credit Union products and services, greets members warmly, maintains confidentiality of account information, completes deposits/withdrawals/transfers, processes checks and money orders, balances drawers, and supports opening/closing procedures. Builds member relationships by identifying financial needs and steering to appropriate departments (Wealth Management, Commercial, Mortgage, GreenState Insurance, etc.). Demonstrates accuracy, integrity, teamwork, and a strong service mindset, delivering exceptional service in a retail banking environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
