Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Sterling

Member Service Representative responsible for providing members and prospective members with the full range of Navy Federal Credit Union products and services, including depository accounts (checking, savings, certificates, IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts), lending products, and credit/debit cards. Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision while developing confidence and independence in the role. Demonstrates customer service excellence, product knowledge across financial offerings, and effective communication to assist members with their banking needs and inquiries.
