Job Summary
Deliver the full range of Navy Federal Credit Union products and services to members, including depository accounts (checking, savings, certificates, IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts), lending products, and credit/debit cards. Perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision while developing independence in the role. Focus on member service excellence and accurate processing of banking transactions, adherence to policies, and collaboration with team members to support a positive member experience.
