Job Summary
Conduct member services including opening and closing accounts, managing certificate and IRA accounts, and resolving bookkeeping and checking account problems. Counsel members on Credit Union services, assist with online branch and mobile platforms, and handle miscellaneous transactions such as wire requests, bond redemptions, and deposit verifications. Cross sell all products and services while maintaining accurate records and staying informed of operational procedures. Requires two years of previous teller experience, high school diploma, and strong math skills. Located at Fort Atkinson - Main; open 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with Saturday hours from 9 am to 12 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of previous Teller or equivalent experience serving customers
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills

- Must be available for Saturday hours (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience recommending products and plans to improve a customer's financial position
- Associate degree
- Equivalent level of knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through work experience
- Knowledge of banking and/or credit union regulations
