Assess loan applications by evaluating assets, liabilities, and credit experiences, and guide members through our loan procedures. Clearly communicate loan alternatives, credit criteria, and documentation to ensure members feel informed and confident. Cross-sell additional credit union services and process a range of financial services, including membership applications, checking accounts, and IRAs. Address member inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to OFAC and Bank Secrecy Act requirements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.
