Member Service Representative, First Street

Assist members with deposit and lending account needs and answer questions about products and services while identifying member needs to recommend appropriate credit union solutions. Own internal and external member problems, issues, and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up to achieve resolution. Consistently provide outstanding service focusing on member loyalty and compliance, adhering to Credit Union policies to maintain accuracy in all transactions. Build and maintain product and process knowledge to act as a financial coach for members. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
