Provide member service at First Commerce Credit Union by opening deposit accounts, performing teller transactions, assisting with account maintenance and debit-card services, supporting online banking and safe deposit access, notarizing documents and providing loan payoff quotes, while driving sales through service excellence and meeting referral goals. Demonstrates strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills and a professional demeanor to help members achieve their financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 months of teller experience at a bank or credit union (or 12 months teller + 6 months customer service)
