Job Summary
As a Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for club members and staff. Key responsibilities include greeting members with enthusiasm, assisting with memberships and retail sales, and promoting club services. You will also handle member check-ins, answer phone inquiries, and facilitate member requests. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, previous customer service experience, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. CPR/AED certification is required, but can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
