Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for club members and staff, ensuring exceptional customer service at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Key responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership sales, promoting club privileges, checking in members, and maintaining a clean work area. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
