Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests, assisting with membership and sales, promoting membership privileges, checking in members, communicating events, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the willingness to obtain CPR/AED certification. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience in service roles is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
