Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at Crunch Fitness. Responsibilities include greeting members and guests, assisting with membership sales, promoting club services, handling member inquiries, maintaining a tidy work area, and ensuring adherence to company procedures. Required skills include effective communication, customer service orientation, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a commitment to obtaining CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
