Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Key responsibilities include greeting members, assisting with memberships and retail sales, facilitating member requests, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a service-oriented position, demonstrate strong communication skills, and possess CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
