Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and guests. Key responsibilities include greeting members with enthusiasm, assisting with membership and product sales, and promoting club privileges. Candidates should have a strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR/AED certification is required to be obtained within 30 days of hire. The position offers hourly compensation of $12-14 plus commission.
