Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with membership sales, promoting membership privileges, and delivering on new member enrollment expectations. Key responsibilities include greeting members with enthusiasm, checking in members, answering phone calls, communicating special events, and maintaining a clean workspace. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma is required, along with CPR/AED certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
