Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and staff, greeting all members and guests, assisting with membership sales, and promoting club services. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a physical capability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with CPR/AED certification. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a service-oriented position.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
