Job Summary
Greet members and guests with enthusiasm, manage front desk operations, and handle membership, retail, and tanning product sales. Conduct member check-ins, answer phones professionally, and facilitate member requests while promoting group fitness, childcare, and small group training programs. Deliver new member enrollments meeting conversion and Peaks standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, and perform opening and closing checklists. This role ensures the club remains grand-opening ready daily.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in reading and writing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs
- Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking
- High school diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
