Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to club members and staff, greeting members and guests with enthusiasm, assisting with membership and retail sales, promoting member privileges, and communicating special events. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a high school diploma. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing. CPR/AED certification is mandatory, and experience in service roles is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- Strong customer service orientation
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
