Job Summary
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting members and guests, assisting with membership sales, and communicating special events. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of service-related experience, and CPR/AED certification, with physical requirements including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers an hourly wage of $12-14 plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
