Job Summary
As a Full-Time Member Service Representative at our Menominee, MI branch, you will assist members with opening accounts, processing transactions, and applying for loans, and provide accurate information on various financial products and services. You will deliver warm, welcoming, and personalized service to every member, educate on products and services, refer members to the appropriate department when needed, collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals, participate in community events to promote financial literacy, and work a varied schedule including multiple Saturdays per month.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years' experience working in a financial institution or service or sales related capacity or Associate's Degree
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
- Punctual and maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
- Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required
