Job Summary
As a Full-Time Member Service Representative at our Shawano branch, you’ll be the face of the credit union, opening accounts, processing transactions, and assisting with loan applications while delivering warm, personalized service. You’ll educate members on credit union products and services, assess financial needs to offer suitable solutions, collaborate with colleagues to support organizational goals, and participate in community outreach to promote financial literacy. The role requires strong communication, professionalism, and a schedule that includes some Saturdays; prior experience in a financial service or sales environment and proficiency with common software will help you succeed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in financial institution, service, or sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows
- Detailed knowledge of credit union services
- Bilingual fluency preferred but not required
