Member Service Representative - Carbondale IL

As a Member Service Representative (MSR) in Carbondale, you will be the face of our credit union, building meaningful relationships with members and staff while guiding clients through diverse account types (Personal, Trusts, Business, HSA, and IRA) and the consumer loan process from application to funding. You will resolve member concerns through collaboration with internal teams, aiming to meet and exceed monthly sales and service goals. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and analytical skills, and a commitment to high-quality service. Education required: high school diploma or equivalent. Bondability is required. Two years of related financial or customer service experience is preferred.
