Member Service Representative role in Burlington, MA at DCU. Identify member financial needs, build rapport, educate and cross-sell appropriate products and services, open new memberships/accounts/loans, conduct Notary Public services, obtain Lending Authority, process loan requests and closings, handle teller transactions and end-of-day balancing, audit membership and loan files, ensure policy/compliance adherence, and provide coverage as needed while offering ideas for efficiency and process improvements. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related experience; strong verbal communication and technical skills; bilingual skills a plus.
