Job Summary
The Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with memberships, product sales, and member engagement. Candidates should be energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively communicating with members. A high school diploma or GED is required along with at least one year of service experience. This role demands proficiency in Spanish, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. CPR/AED certification is necessary and can be obtained shortly after hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
