Job Summary
Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while serving as the primary contact for member dealings. Build relationships with members and cross-sell credit union products and services aligned with their financial needs. Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-selling. Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment by handling multiple tasks and accurately processing requests. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, available for shifts from 7:45am to 6:15pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior cash-handling experience
